I met Laurie nearly a decade ago, overhearing her travel stories about visiting Italy every year to learn new culinary techniques for her extensive arsenal. As an event producer myself, we immediately bonded over making intentional experiences for our guests to create long-lasting memories. Laurie obviously does this through her food, but also her presentation. I admire her ability to invent a vibe that’s carried throughout an event, no matter the size of the guest list or facility layout. I’ve worked with Laurie in all sorts of venues; from a kitchen-less warehouse to a full-scale demo kitchen and no one would know the difference. She’s extremely versatile, collaborative, and most of all creative.

A very belated THANK YOU and recommendation to the best caterer ever, who made our elopement even more epic than it already was! Laurie was so incredibly flexible, communicative, and creative to work with. She originally presented us with an elevated buffet style brunch menu for a group of 30 and then recreated it to be a multi-course plated meal for 2 when our wedding plans changed. The moment we saw our adorable table set up by the lake, we knew we were about to have an unforgettable experience. Each course was presented so thoughtfully, and every single bite was even better than we could have imagined. She was professional and took all precautions to make us feel comfortable and safe during COVID-19. I feel so lucky that we found her and got to share the meal of our dreams on our wedding day. Counting down the days to July 27, 2021, so we can pull the rest of that cake out of the freezer!!!

I HIGHLY recommend hiring Laurie to cook for your event! We hired her for our 34 person wedding. She was so fun to work with, and did such a great job creating a menu around our food interests. I had some gluten free, dairy free and nut free guests, and she made it easy to figure our changes for them. She also came to our home and cooked our meal for us before our wedding to make sure we really liked it or needed to make some changes. That was so special to us! On the day of our wedding, Laurie and her staff exceeded any expectations we had. Not only was the food incredible, but our guests kept commenting on how attentive the servers and bartenders were.
